FremantleMedia’s FMX rejigs to focus on production

FMX has restructured as its focus shifts from developing digital projects to producing them as well.

FMX is the new media arm of producer/distributor FremantleMedia. The new structure sees Richard Vargas installed as senior VP, production and development with responsibility for production of all FMX.

Andrew Piller takes on responsibility for FMX’s commercial activities as commercial director and Damien March moves from senior producer to VP, production, reporting to Vargas.

FMX is working on several digital projects including Freak, a scripted series appearing on MySpace and sponsored by Red Bull and Procter & Gamble.
