UK-based producer and distributor Boulder Creek International has hired Matt Wills as its commercial director.
Wills joins from the Press Association where he was head of sales.
At BCI, which distributes TV series, docs, movies and kids shows, he will head programme sales efforts and report to managing director Matt Jeschelnik.
Prior to his two-year stint at PA he sold sports content for the BBC’s commercial arm BBC Worldwide, which jointly distributes BCI shows Wild Spirits and Better Than 4. He has also worked at Octagon and IMG.
Wills said: “I am very excited about joining Boulder Creek; I have worked with them over the years at BBC Worldwide. I think there’s lots of potential for the catalogue and I’m just keen to get started.”
