FremantleMedia North America has promoted its executive VP of digital and licensing to a new role overseeing the firm’s ancillary businesses.
David Luner is now executive VP, brand partnerships and franchise management, reporting into FMNA CEO Thom Beers.
Luner’s new role will have him overseeing digital, integrated marketing and brand partnerships, licensing, live events, and various elements of business development at the American Idol and X Factor producer.
“In addition to developing and delivering quality programming, FMNA is focused on building long-term brands and brand partnerships. David has a proven track-record of consistently delivering innovative, ground-breaking, and successful branded opportunities with our core entertainment franchises,” said Beers.
