The country’s largest broadcaster, Globo, has acquired the interactive talent format from its distributor Keshet International. The Brazilian broadcaster will produce and transmit the local version of the series.
The Brazilian deal is the latest for the format inked by Keshet with an international partner. It has already sold it into France (M6), Germany (RTL), Hungary (TV2), Spain (Atresmedia) and the US (ABC).
It has also been optioned in Italy by Sony’s Toro and the Nordics by Nordisk.
Several more deals are understood to be in the offing.
