Commissioned by Beijing-based media company CICC (China Intercontinental Communication Center), it will focus on Chinese culture, society, industry and the arts. New content will be uploaded weekly.
Liz McLeod, executive producer at True North, who has overseen the project, said of the launch: “China Icons represents an intriguing new move from two progressive media production companies looking to take full advantage of opportunities in online and social media.”
