Spain-based kids producer and distributor Imira has hired Gulshan David to cover sales in Europe and North America.
David was at Toonz Entertainment before joining Imira, overseeing its content sales business, including several titles coproduced with Imira.
Toonz acquired Imira in late 2014 and David’s move sees him transfer to the latter.
At Barcelona and Madrid-based Imira, David will oversee sales in the EME and North American markets.
Sergi Reitg, CEO of Imira Entertainment said: “Strengthening and expanding our International Sales teams and regional presence is key to providing a second-to-none working relationship with our broadcaster and digital clients for their programming needs”.
He joins the Imira sales team and will work alongside Miguel Bosch, sales manager, and Begoña Esteban, the international sales manager, Latam and US Hispanic.
