Endemol Shine Group has appointed Hearst’s Kathryn Flood and Discovery’s Lawrence Pavely as creative strategists within its commercial partnerships team.
Flood and Pavely’s remit will include developing international sales propositions for branded content in the TV and digital sectors. They will be tasked with generating new business sales and working with brands and clients locally and pan-regionally.
Both roles will report into James Hayr, head of sales at the commercial partnerships division (pictured), who joined Endemol Shine at the start of the year, with overall responsibility for brand relations within commercial partnerships.
Flood joins from magazine publisher Hearst Media, where as global business director she worked across the Hearst portfolio on a number of key agencies including Mindshare and OMD.
Pavely was previously director of international partnerships and ad sales in EMEA for Discovery Networks, where he led the regional Discovery & Eurosport International sales team.
Hayr said: “Kathryn and Lawrence have a wealth of sales experience and a passion for content which will enable us to further grow our multi-platform and content-led advertising output.”
This June, Endemol Shine group rejigged its Central and Eastern Europe sales team following the departure of Pascal Dalton for ITV Studios (ITVS).
